At ZIMA Dental UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; that is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel and accessories are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and UK postcode to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original ZIMA Dental UK packaging, ensuring all original labels and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Ship via Royal Mail

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any local Post Office branch.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
